The learned Counsel appearing for applicants brought our notice inadvertent mistake occurred in para 26 of the judgment and order dated 28.07.2023, where certain words granting relief are missing.

Perused the file as well as entire order. We have amply expressed that no prima facie case is made out, hence shown our inclination to quash the FIR as well as charge-sheet. 3.

In view of the above, in para 26 of the said judgment and order, after the sentence "In view of above the application is allowed", the following words are to be added : "We hereby quash and set aside"

The miscellaneous criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
