No.1039 of 2017 This is an application for stay to the execution of judgment and decree dated 13/03/2015 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in LAC No. 69/2008.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire amount of compensation as awarded by the Reference Court would be deposited in this Court within period of eight weeks from from today. In view of this assurance, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree subject to deposit of the
