Perusal of the memorandum of appeal demonstrates that, the names of respondents are incorrectly mentioned in the judgment. The application is disposed of by directing that the cause title be corrected by showing names of 'Dnyaneshwar S/o Baliram Nakhate and others' as party respondents in the Second Appeal.
