DATED : SEPTEMBER 23, 2022 We have heard Shri Bhandarkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri Bhuibhar, learned Counsel for the respondent no.4.

2) The respondent no.2 by his decision taken on 29/9/2021 has already complied with the order of this Court dated 20/9/2021 by directing the University to grant benefit of Career Advancement Scheme whereunder in all five increments are payable to the petitioner. This order has been passed on the directions issued by this Court and, therefore, it would be necessary for the respondent no.4 to comply with the same and if he fails to comply with the said order, it will ultimately amount

3) Shri Bhuibhar, learned Counsel for the respondent no.4, informed the Court that respondent no.4 Dr. Raju Hiwase is personally present in the Court and he would make a statement in this regard. 4) We have heard respondent no.4 Dr. Raju Hiwase, Registrar, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University and he makes a statement that he would comply with the said order of the respondent no.2 and he would require eight weeks' time to comply with the said order and release all the increments in favour of the petitioner accordingly. 5) The statement made by respondent no.4 Dr. Raju Hiwase before this Court is accepted and time as prayed for making compliance with the order of the respondent no.2 dated 29/9/2021 is granted to him. The purpose of this petition thus stands served and it is disposed of accordingly by finding that the proposed contempt action no longer survives.
