This petition challenges an order passed on 26.07.2017 by Additional Collector, Bhandara. By the impugned order, security deposit of the petitioner for violation of terms and conditions of agreement for excavation of sand at a sand Ghat was forfeited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order of 26.07.2017 before the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
