Heard learned counsel for the Applicant. None for respondent, though served.

Though this application goes unopposed as none is present for the respondent despite service, in order to have adjudication on the dispute between the parties on

merits, following order is made:- Accepting the reasons offered in the application explaining the delay to be good and sufficient, application is allowed and delay of eight days caused in filing of Second Appeal is condoned.
