An innocuous prayer is made in this application that the representations made by the applicants dated 06/07/2022 and 25/07/2022 be directed to be decided by the petitioners.

Considering the representations, which relate to the monetary benefits as regards their service conditions, I am of the opinion that no prejudice would be caused if such directions are issued.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to decide the representations dated 06/07/2022 and 25/07/2022, preferred by the respondents within two months from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the respondents are already absorbed in service and therefore, nothing remains in this petition. 6.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
