DATED : OCTOBER 17, 2016 By this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction against the respondents to pay promotional pay scale of Junior Engineer to the petitioners from the date on which they completed 12 years of service.

Shri Kakani, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 4, states that the grievance of the petitioners should stand redressed as the promotional pay scale is paid to the petitioners in accordance with their claim.

Ms. Riya Bais, the learned Counsel holding for Shri Meghe, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, does not dispute the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4 that the promotional benefits are received by the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is
