I have heard the learned counsel Shri A.B. Mirza on suspension of sentence.

After hearing Shri A.B. Mirza at some length, a statement is made that the issue of suspension of sentence may be addressed after the receipt of R & P.

The copies of the deposition are on record. However, since the learned counsel Shri A.B. Mirza states that the issue may be decided only after receipt of R & P, stand over to 30th August, 2019.
