The petitioners seek to place on record events that have occurred after filing of the writ petition which have material bearing on the prayers made in the writ petition.

Hence the amendment is granted. The same be carried out within a period of one week from today. The civil application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 2675/2021.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 seeks time to file reply to the amended pleadings.

Time granted. In the meanwhile without prejudice to the rights of the parties the petitioner no.3 is permitted to forward the pay-bills of the employees at the petitioner no.1-Institution including the bills for subsistence allowance to be paid to the respondent no.3.

It is informed that the salary from July-2022 is unpaid. The respondent no.1 shall accept the pay-bills duly signed by the petitioner no.3.

Stand over two weeks.
