The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.6 states that the authorities have acted contrary to the orders of status-quo and there are certain developments which are against the Respondent No.6. If that be so, the Respondent has a remedy to institute substantive proceedings. Since the Petitioner is not desirous of continuing with the proceedings, we need not enter into the merits of the inter-se dispute. 4.
