The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial Court after the charge-sheet is filed, which would mark change in circumstances for those applicants.

Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. If fresh bail application is filed by the applicants after filing of the charge-sheet, the same shall be considered on its own merits by keeping in view the settled law. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
