This is application for amendment of petition. 2.

Heard Advocate Mr. Saboo, learned counsel for petitioner. He submits that by way of this application the petitioner wants to raise new grounds by adding paragraph M to P, with respect to which there are findings in the impugned order. He submits that although the matter is admitted, however, in view of the controversy involved, the grounds may be permitted to be added so that the petitioner is able to substantiate his contentions on merits. 3.

Advocate Mr. Kasat, learned counsel for respondents opposes the application and submits that these grounds could have been raised earlier at the time of filing of the petition and now the petitioner cannot be permitted. However, he also prays for liberty to file additional reply in case the application is allowed.

Considering the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to amend the petition. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out by the petitioner within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the petition be supplied to the respondents immediately. 6.

Learned counsel for respondents are granted liberty to file his additional affidavit in reply, within two weeks thereafter.
