This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 (original claimants) for modification of the order dated 17.01.2018 passed by this Court, permitting the said respondents to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. It is pointed out that in the said order inadvertently respondent nos. 1 to 6 has been mentioned while respondent no.6 had been deleted as per earlier order of this Court dated 23.06.2015. Therefore, the only modification sought by this application is that the words "respondent nos. 1 to 6" need to be corrected to "respondent nos. 1 to 5".

Heard Mr. Bute, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 17.01.2018 is modified to the extent that the respondent nos. 1 to 5 stand permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation. All other directions given in the said
