SEPTEMBER 13, 2024 It appears that the transfer has been sought on the ground that the majority of the properties, which are subject matter of suit filed in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Aurangabad, situated within the jurisdiction of the Civil Court at Akola. It is stated that in this factual situation, the Civil Court at Akola will have jurisdiction to try and entertain the suit. The remedy with the defendant is to apply before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad that the Court at Aurangabad has no jurisdiction to try and entertain the suit.
