DATE : 14/01/2020 By this civil application, the applicants seek leave to amend the memo of appeal by raising additional grounds, as listed therein from J to Q.

Mr. Matale, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has no objection.

Considering that the respondents would be at liberty to oppose the grounds on merits, the civil application is allowed.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAS) NO.696/2019 The documents at Sr. Nos. 3 to 9, sought to be

filed along with this civil application, are the plaint, written statements and depositions of the proceedings before the Trial Court.

There cannot be any objection for placing those documents on record. They are accordingly permitted to be placed on record.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondents have no objection for placing the documents at Sr. Nos. 1 and 2 also on record.

In that light of the matter, the civil application is allowed. No order as to costs.
