This is second bail application filed by the applicant. On 19.07.2024, the liberty was granted to file afresh after receipt of the C.A. report or any other change in circumstance. Now, after receiving C.A. report, the applicant approaches before this Court directly, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach before the Trial Court.

Permission is granted.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
