DATE : NOVEMBER 23 , 2016.
By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 26.05.2016 transferring the petitioner from Washim to Risod.
Shri Deshpande, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2, states that the petitioner has already challenged the order of transfer in an appeal-application before the Divisional Commissioner. It is stated that the petitioner is approaching two forums for the same relief at the same time. By upholding the preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2, we decline to entertain the writ petition. We dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner to decide the appealapplication filed by the petitioner within four months. Order accordingly. No costs.
