Shukre, J Dated : October 18, 2016 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the First Information Report and the statements of witnesses In the dying declaration the victim has stated in so many words the role played by the applicant in setting her on fire. It is further stated by her that her mother and brother who were present in the house, removed her to the hospital by auto-rickshaw. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant tried to extinguish fire will not help the applicant to claim release on bail. The material available on record, prima facie implicates the applicant in the crime registered against him. Offence of murder is a serious crime. Applicant is not entitled to be released on bail. Application is rejected.
