The Petitioners have fled Pursis No.3219 of 2020, thereby seeking permission to withdraw the matter, as the matter has been settled between the Petitioners and the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and in terms of settlement, the Petitioners have reficeived an amount of Rs.26,00,000/- from the Respondent No.3. 2.

In that view of the matter, the Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition. Writ Petition No.5446 of 2019 is disposed of as withdrawn.
