Despite several directions issued by this Court the appellant has not filed private paper-book.

Vide order dated 13.01.2016, 12 months time was granted failing which costs of Rs. 500/- was to be paid to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur. Despite the passage of three years and seven months the private paper-book is not filed nor is the costs paid. 3.

Earlier orders dated 29.01.2019 and 22.07.2019 are not complied with.

The appellant is directed to deposit amount of Rs. 5,000/- with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur, and to file private paper-book within two weeks.

Non-compliance of any of the conditions, i.e. nonpayment of costs or to failure to file the private paper-

2 915.fa385.12 book within stipulated period, shall result in dismissal of the appeal without further reference to Court. 6.

If the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of this order, and any application for restoration is preferred, the Registry shall ensure that the direction to pay costs is complied with.
