Ms Sakshi Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant points out that the some error have crept in the judgment and order dated 20.10.2021 and same are required to be correct for placing the record straight, the error occurred in order are typographical.

Accordingly, in paragraph 2 line 2 of our order, "date 04.03.2019" be substituted with "19.03.2019". Similarly, in paragraph 11 line 2, "date 1.03.2019" be substituted with "19.03.2019".

Save and except the aforesaid correction, no further corrections are necessary. Errors, in this case arose because the petitioner, in his petition as well as the prayer clause had referred these dates which are now found to be

6 appw170.21.odt erroneous. Therefore, we grant leave to the petitioner to also amend the petition itself so that record is placed straight. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in future due care and caution will be applied in drafting the petition and citing the correct dates.

Necessary correction to be carried out in the original judgment and order as well as order uploaded on the official website of the Court.

The application stands disposed of.
