The matter has been settled in the mediation and settlement agreement has been executed.

The appellants - Babybai and Vitthal and respondent no.2 - Kusum are present and they are identified by their respective counsel. They admit the execution of settlement agreement and contents thereof and it is prayed that decree be drawn in terms of compromise.

In the wake of this, the appeal is partly allowed. Decree be drawn in terms of contents mentioned in the settlement of agreement/compromise deed. Accordingly, appeal is disposed of.
