We discharge their appearance on the next date of hearing as an affidavit is filed on behalf of the State Government, stating therein that by a subsequent Government Resolution issued on 10.8.2016, all the employees that were not the parties to the writ petition are also covered.

Learned Senior Counsel Shri K.H. Deshpande seeks a week's time to make further submissions on the affidavit. Stand over to 22.08.2016 along with connected matters. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.16785/2016 For the reasons stated in the application, the warrants stand cancelled.
