This application seeks to condone the delay of 110 days caused in preferring an appeal against the judgment and order dated 13.04.2022, in Petition No.A-92 of 2021, passed by the Family Court, Buldana, inter alia dissolving the marriage between the parties.

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. Perused the averments in the civil application. In consideration of the averments made in the application, sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay of 110 days is condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of.
