The learned Advocate for the petitioner states that, the petitioner is dead.

But Mr. Naik, learned Advocate for the Respondent No.3 submits that the present petition alleges breach of order dated 20.10.2016 and modified by order dated 27.10.2016 are required the contemnor/respondent No.1 to pay an amount of Rs.2,22,000/- per month as occupation charges.

The contemnor/respondent No.1 has filed an affidavit stating that it has complied with the said order. It has placed on record the copies of receipts to show deposit of amount with the Court. It has tendered chart. It is marked as 'Exhibit - X' for the purpose of identification. It has taken on record.
