This Writ Petition is filed for quashing of the show cause notice issued to the petitioner by respondent No.2.

We have perused the record and the impugned show cause notice.

It appears that the impugned show cause notice was issued to the petitioner - a convict for the offence punishable under Section 376(2) alongwith the other allied offences of the Indian Penal Code calling explaination from him with regard to his misbehavior with the Chief Medical Officer in prison and giving him threats.

At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere with the aforesaid show cause notice. The Writ Petition thus fails and is accordingly rejected.
