Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, there are corrections which are required to be made in Death Certificate. He by making an application has requested the authorities to carry out necessary corrections. He submits that his grievance would be redressed if his representation dated 11.10.2023 is decided.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2023, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today. 3.
