This is an application for condonation of delay of 384 days in filing the restoration application. As the application is filed by the original claimant, considering the reasons given in para nos.3 and 4 of the application and the submission made by learned counsel for appellant fairly conceding that appellant will not claim the interest for this delayed period of 384 days on enhanced amount of compensation, application is allowed subject to condition of appellant not claiming the interest on the enhanced amount of compensation for the period of delay of 384 days.
Accordingly appeal is restored to its original file.
