At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the prayer clauses 3 to 6.

Insofar as the other prayer clauses are concerned, prayers 1, 2 and 7 are premature, as they are founded on the show-cause notice to which the petitioner has already submitted a reply but as of now, no adverse order is passed against the petitioner.
