Shri Joshi, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states by referring to the affidavit that is tendered in the Court today that after granting hearing to the concerned parties, an order was passed on 28-10-2015. It is stated that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy.

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
