This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing a review application against the judgment and decree dated 24.02.2014 passed in Second Appeal No.113/1995. The application stands abated as against respondent Nos.2 and 4. No steps have been taken for setting aside the abatement against the said respondents. The application has been pending since 2015. It was listed for the first time on 08.09.2017. Thereafter, no attempt was made to circulate the matter. The application again came to be listed on 12.09.2025 and 17.11.2025. On 17.11.2025, none appeared for the applicants even after the matter was called out thrice. Today also, despite the matter being called out for the third time, there is no appearance on behalf of the applicants.
