This Court by order dated 5th December, 2023 directed the petitioners in writ petition to pay cost of Rs.75,000/- to respondents. Instead of paying the said cost to respondents, the petitioners have deposited the said amount of cost with the Registry of this Court. 2.

This application is filed by respondents for withdrawal of the said amount of cost.
