The limited relief claimed in this petition is for direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider the request made by the petitioner for his transfer as per Government Resolution dated 30th April,2013.

Mr. Shaikh Majid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3, makes a statement that the request of the petitioner would be considered and an appropriate order in that regard, would be passed on or prior to 30th May, 2015.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition, by taking on record the statement made on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.
