Heard learned counsel for the parties.

As prayed by the petitioners, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), which reads thus: "(A) Allow the instant application and to dispose off the instant petition, by directing the Respondent No.1 to take decision on the Proposal dated 09.06.2014, sent by the Respondent no.3, for grant of its approval to the appointments of the Petitioners, as a Jr. College Lecturers, w.e.f. 01.09.1999, within two months, in the interest of justice."

We permit the petitioners to appear before the respondent no.1-Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, on 07.01.2025.

Let the decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

WRIT PETITION NO. 5235 OF 2014 Since we have allowed Civil Application No.2630/2015 and as a consequence thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
