02/02/ Vide order dated 03/10/2022, this Court directed to list the matter for dismissal on 12/10/2022. However, at the request of learned Counsel for the appellant, the matter was adjourned on 12/10/2022 by way of last chance.

Again two weeks' time is granted on 05/01/2023.

However, even today nobody is present. The appeal stands dismissed in default under the provisions of Order IX Rule 8 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
