DATE : 21.10.2015 By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Education Officer- Zilla Parishad, Chandrapur to grant permission - no objection to fill up the three vacant posts of Assistant Teachers and one post of part-time Librarian in the High School, run and administered by the petitioner - Society within two weeks.

Shri Khubalkar, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the proposal of the petitioner is pending with the respondent no.4 and the respondent no.4 would decide the same as early as possible.

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.4 to decide the proposal of

The petitioner is at liberty to supply the copies of the judgments to point out that it would not be necessary for the petitioner to absorb the surplus teachers in the minority school. Order accordingly. No costs.
