DATE : 23-11-2022 Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the appellant fairly submits, that in all these matters the challenge is to the judgment in reference, enhancing the compensation for agricultural land. He submits, that the enhancement by the learned Reference Court is within the limit of four times of what is granted by the Land Acquisition Officer and therefore is governed by the policy of the appellant which permits such enhancement to four times, for which he has placed on record a communication dated 17-10-2018 received from the Executive Engineer, Bembla Project Division,

fa 401.10.

2/2 Yavatmal, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the aforesaid communication, which accepts the enhancement by the Reference Court to the extent of four times the compensation or rate granted by the Land Acquisition Officer, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the aforesaid appeals. 3.

The statement is accepted.

The above four appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. The Court fee be refunded as per the rules.
