These 3 applications are filed by Sayyad Chand s/o Sayyad Ahmed who is sole surviving legal representative of .....2/-
sa680.06 2 appellant No.3 who died on 14.11.2008. These applications are for setting aside abatement, condonation of delay in moving an application for bringing applicant's name on record in place of deceased appellant No.3, and for bringing legal representative. These applications are on affidavits. The reason is also given as to why there occurred delay in moving applications. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri K.R. Lule for the State has no objection if these applications are allowed.

Consequently, these 3 applications are allowed. 5.
Abatement is set aside. Delay for substituting name of the applicant in place of appellant No.3 is hereby condoned. The application filed on behalf of the applicant for bringing his name as legal representative of deceased appellant No.3 is allowed and his name be substituted in place of appellant No.3.

Learned counsel for the applicants/appellants to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks from today.
