No interim relief has been operating. Shri S. V. Sohoni, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received instructions from the petitioner in that regard.

Considering the nature of the impugned order the same appears to have been duly executed. The challenge in the writ petition is rendered infructuous. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
