2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 512/2018 registered with the Police Station Frezarpura, Amravati for offence punishable under section 385, 386, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3] For more than one reason, no discretion can be exercised in favour of the applicant.

4] Firstly there is ample material on record to prima facie connect the applicant with the crime. The accusations are serious. The other reason is that the applicant has not abided by the conditions imposed by this Court while granting ad interim order. The applicant was directed to attend Police Station Frezarpura, Amravati
