In the present criminal appeal, challenge is raised to the order of discharging the respondent - Rupindersingh @ Mickky Bakshi. In filing appeal, there was delay of 178 days, and therefore, APPA No.862 of 2023 was moved. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed that the trial was proceeded and all the accused were acquitted in Special Case No.146 of 2020 vide order dated 16.03.2024. As such, nothing survives in the application as well as in the appeal. The Criminal Application (APPA) No.862 of 2023 is hereby disposed of as has become infructuous.
