Prayer in the application is to condone delay in filing the first appeal. It has been stated that on account of the process undertaken for obtaining approval from the Head office, some time was spent and same is the reason for delay in filing the appeal.
The application is opposed by the claimants on the ground that sufficient cause has not been shown while explaining the delay.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the application for the cause of delay, the same is condoned subject to costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid by the appellant to the claimants within a period of eight weeks from today. The delay is condoned on aforesaid terms.
