The reasons put forth by the appellant is that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation some delay is caused in filing the appeal. However, as the delay is inordinate, the State opposed the application for condonation of delay. None for respondent No.1 in spite of service. Application for condonation of delay is allowed, subject to costs of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid within two weeks. 3.

Registry is directed to register the First Appeal on deposit of such costs as per direction.
