On 3rd February, 2023, notice issued to the respondent no.2 came to be returned back with an endorsement that he is no more and the notice issued to respondent no.4 came to be returned back for want of correct address. Thereafter, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner the matter was adjourned from time to time.

By order dated 25th September, 2024 last chance was granted to take steps.

The matter was thereafter listed on 15th October, 2024, on that day it was informed that even respondent no.3 has expired.

Today, again the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she be granted some more time to take steps.

It appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition. The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
