None appears for the petitioners. Heard Shri Sheikh Ayyub, Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 7. The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the trial Court condoning the delay in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of objector Nos.6 and 8. Apart from the fact that the impugned order is proper and cannot be faulted with, the learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 to 7 has pointed out that the proceedings in which the impugned order is passed, have been disposed by the Executing Court.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed. Parties to bear their own costs.
