By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, implementation, operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 06/02/2015 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No. 107/2009. 3.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefits within a period of ten weeks, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment be stayed till disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated without further reference to the Court. Civil Application (CAF) No. 1018/2022 is disposed of.
