16/02/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing restoration application. It is submitted that the Registrar (Judicial) granted 14 days time to remove office objections which could not be removed due to inadvertence and oversight within 14 days. As such, there is delay of 13 days for filing restoration application.

For the reason stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to register Misc. Civil Application.

The application stands disposed of.

The present application is filed for restoration of Second Appeal on its stamp number. Due to inadvertence and oversight, the applicant failed to remove office objections within 14 days. In view of the facts that, application is supported by affidavit of Advocate and for the reason mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 04/08/2022 is hereby set aside.

3.

The registry is directed to restore the Second Appeal on its original stamp number.

4.

After registration of the same, the learned Counsel for applicant to remove the office objections within two weeks.

The application stands disposed of.
