Looking to the allegations made, I do not think that custodial interrogation of the applicants would be required in as much as three co-accused, who have been arrested, have also been released on bail. Besides, both the applicants are women. In the circumstances, I am inclined to allow this application.

The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants by this Court on 16/8/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. JUDGE wwl
