In this writ petition, a challenge has been raised to the order dated 29.07.2016 that was passed by the Industrial Court refusing to grant an interim relief in the complaint as filed by the petitioner. In that complaint, the petitioner had prayed for the relief of regularization of her services on satisfactory completion of the period of probation.
This Court while issuing notice in the writ petition had directed the parties to maintain status quo and thereafter by the order dated 06.03.2017, the respondents were directed to continue the petitioner in employment till the decision of the complaint before the Industrial Court. C.A.W. No.1671 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner in which it is stated that the aforesaid complaint has now been finally decided and allowed in favour of the petitioner. By order dated 09.10.2017, the respondents have been directed to regularize the services of the petitioner on the post in question after completion of two years services from the date of her
WP4740-16 initial appointment. In view of the fact that the complaint now stands finally adjudicated, the purpose of filing the writ petition stands served.
In view of the adjudication of the complaint, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. C.A.W. No.1671 of 2019 also stands disposed of. In view of the fact that the complaint was decided on 09.10.2017, the orders passed therein be implemented within a period of one month from today.
